1. History

Within the alarm history tab, you will discover a comprehensive list of triggered alarms arranged in chronological order, including the timestamps of their triggering events.

• When an alarm has already received a response, it will have one of two statuses: Resolved or Muted. The individual's action will be documented alongside their username and explanation.
• In cases where no response has been provided to the alarm, the status will remain Unresolved , allowing you to take action if deemed necessary.

Important: Please note that if you do not choose to response to the alarm at all, the alarm will not be activated again even if the event occurs in the future.

• Hover on each alarm title to have a quickview of its rules.

• Hover on the alarm row, then click on the Visualization icon that appears next to the alarm title to view the detailed analysis of the alarm and its past events.

2. Report

• A weekly statistical report of alerts is also available under the last tab Weekly report, providing an overview of incident management.
• The alarms are color-coded according to their severity.
