Smart alarms can be simple such as one condition for one metric, or complex such as combinations of metrics. You can customize your alarms to suit your organization's reporting requirements.
To create a new rule under Smart alarms, navigate to the Rules tab and click the blue Plus (+) button right above the table. You will then see a new row added into the table.

Name your rule by typing in its Alarm title. Titles should be short but descriptive, as this will be displayed when your alarm is set off. For example: Water PH is too low (<5)

The conditions can vary in complexity, such as:
metric >/=/<[value]
, e.g. Air temperature > 35
