1. Introduction

Data views are customized dashboards created based on different needs (e.g. daily monitoring, maintenance, weekly or monthly overview). ****Each view can include multiple charts sharing the same own time range and frequency settings.

For example, you can create two different data views to cater to these two needs:

2.1 Time range & Frequency setting

The time range and frequency settings next to the data view selection will apply to all charts within that view but will not affect charts in other views.

Adjusting the time range and frequency lets you zoom in or out on the data: shorter frequencies (e.g., real-time or hourly) offer more detailed views, while longer frequencies (e.g., weekly or monthly) provide broader overviews.

<aside> ☝ Note: The frequency must always be smaller than the selected time range. For example, you cannot set a monthly frequency if your time range is only last 2 days.

To enhance your experience, the frequency might automatically update based on your selected time range. For example, if you are viewing data from the last 2 days with a real-time frequency and then change the range to the last 30 days, the frequency will automatically update to daily. This ensures your data viewing experience is optimized and helps avoid performance issues.
