1. How KoPilot works

Our KoPilot technology integrates automated systems and advanced sensors to oversee and enhance multiple facets of production.

KoPilot serves as a central hub for setting up automated controls. It receives data input from Data Hub (or IoTHub) and then provides control through setpoint values. The diagram below illustrates the existing interaction between KoPilot and other components within Koidra's system.

2. Controllers

We provide users with the choice of two adaptable controllers: the AI KoPilot and the Opera KoPilot. Each of these options presents distinctive advantages that cater to specific needs and preferences.

How it works Once the setup is finalized, you simply input the desired AI control settings and allow the AI to fully execute the operations. You can observe the data and provide feedback on how the AI engine should conduct the operations. You have complete control over the operations by managing the control functions of setpoints. These functions are designed to be as intuitive as Excel formulas, empowering operators to experiment and progressively uncover the optimal performance levels of their machines.
