If your role is a manager or an admin, you will have the ability to manage users in your organization.

Sometimes, the roles of a member is differed zone by zone, i.e. a Grower of Zone 1 is only a Viewer of Zone 2. To set up zone specific roles, you should go to Members
, select the pencil button
next to the person you want to assign roles, then click the <
button. An advanced menu will show up, where you can add that user role for selected zone from the drop down.
