1. User types

If your role is a manager or an admin, you will have the ability to manage users in your organization.

User type Permission
👁️ Viewers • Only have permission to view charts.
• **Cannot edit any settings or data.
•** Only receive Critical alarm notifications by default.
✍🏻 Data Entry Staffs • Are Viewers with permissions to edit data in ‣ and **‣
•** Only receive Critical alarm notifications by default.
🧑🏻‍🌾 Growers • Are data entry staffs with permissions to **edit charts as well as update zone/season/top metrics settings/configurations.
•** Receive all alarm notifications by default.
👨🏻‍🏫 Managers • Can view and edit all charts as well as update settings, including admin settings (such as: users management and billing information).
• Cannot input data in ‣ or ‣.
Only receive Critical alarm notifications by default.
👨🏻‍💼 Admins • All of the above with **full access to all the data and editing permissions.
•** Only receive Critical alarm notifications by default.
💲 Billing • Only have access to your organization's billing page to update payment information, if needed.

2. Zone specific roles

Sometimes, the roles of a member is differed zone by zone, i.e. a Grower of Zone 1 is only a Viewer of Zone 2. To set up zone specific roles, you should go to Members, select the pencil button next to the person you want to assign roles, then click the < button. An advanced menu will show up, where you can add that user role for selected zone from the drop down.
