2.1 Definition

<aside> ℹ️ Measurement metrics are recorded data from your sensors or existing systems, encompassing both read-only data (sensor metrics such as Absolute Humidity, color-coded in purple throughout Control Center) and read-and-write data (setpoints such as SP Heat and SP Vent, color-coded in magenta).

Unlike calculation metrics, which users can manually create in Control Center, measurement metrics are automatically imported into Control Center after the DataHub installation. As a result, the definition column displays the precise location of each metric within your legacy control system, making it easier to trace the connection between Control Center and your other systems.

Please **contact our technical support team** if you want to import more measurement metrics into Control Center.

2.2 Edit

In order to edit a measurement metric, simply click on cell you wish to update. While your cannot adjust the definition content and metric type, you can edit the metric name for easier recognition, assign a unit, add a description and category to provide more information about the metric for other members of your organization.
