1. Create and apply periods

  1. Go to KoPilot feature and make sure your controller is Opera engine.

  2. Open the period configuration via two entry points:

    1. Click the 🗓️ button located at the top right corner above the setpoint table under our KoPilot tab.

    2. Click Edit formula of any setpoint, then you will see a 🗓️ button located at the top right corner of the dialog’s header.

  3. Both buttons will open new dialog on the screen where you can start creating your periods.

  4. Click on a period’ start time cell to modify the start time. You can set it to a specific hour of the day or to a duration before or after sunrise or sunset.

  5. (Optional) You can freely rename or remove any period. Hover on the period tab and click on the ellipsis icon, you will see the text input and the delete button.

  6. Click the + New button on the table header to add as many period as needed. The start time of each period will automatically be the end time of the previous one. In the example below, the end time of period 4 is the start time of period 1.

  7. After your periods are created, select the setpoint(s) that you want to apply these periods to.

  8. Click Save changes once you are happy with the current setup.

  9. When you close the dialog, you will see that the new periods have been applied to your selected setpoint(s).
