1. Analyze an alarm

1. Upon accessing any page in Control Center, an alarm, if triggered, will be displayed in the alarm banner on the top right of the page’s header.
2. Click on this banner to expand the full list of triggered alarms.

1. Click Analyze to view a detailed chart of the incident.

• In this dialog, you can investigate the incident using a time series chart that displays data from 18 hours prior to 6 hours after the most recent occurrence of the event (highlighted with a red timestamp).

• The chart can display up to two timestamps: one for the initial occurrence and another for the most recent occurrence of the event. If the initial trigger remains unresolved and the conditions persist, the system updates the record with the latest occurrence timestamp.

• Additionally, you can review the complete history of the alarm. Clicking on any event in the History table will update the chart and time range to provide detailed insights into that specific incident.

• In order to include more meaningful metrics in this chart, you can choose to associate an alarm rule to an existing chart, visit Create an alarm rule on web for more information.

2. Resolve an alarm

• Resolve action is available for Critical and Warning alarms.
