Within the alarm history tab, you will discover a comprehensive list of triggered alarms arranged in chronological order, including the timestamps of their triggering events.

Resolved or Ignored. The individual's action will be documented alongside their username and explanation.Unresolved , allowing you to take action if deemed necessary. If you do not respond to the alarm, a reminder will be sent every 12 hours after the event is triggered.You can also hover on each alarm title to have a quickview of its rules.

A weekly statistical report of alerts is also available, providing an overview of incident management. The alerts are color-coded according to their severity.
