Within the alarm history tab, you will discover a comprehensive list of triggered alarms arranged in chronological order, including the timestamps of their triggering events.

Resolved or Muted. The individual's action will be documented alongside their username and explanation.Unresolved , allowing you to take action if deemed necessary.<aside> 👉🏻
Important: Please note that if you do not choose to response to the alarm at all, the alarm will not be activated again even if the event occurs in the future.

You can also hover on each alarm title to have a quickview of its rules, and also clicks on the Visualise button next to each alarm title to view the detailed chart of the past event.

A weekly statistical report of alerts is also available, providing an overview of incident management. The alerts are color-coded according to their severity.
