1. Where to find alarm notifications

1. Control Center header

   Triggered alarms appear in a banner at the top right of every Control Center screen for immediate awareness.

2. Alarm history page

   They also appear on top of the alarm history table, under Smart alarms > History.

3. Email and mobile app notifications

   Our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android.

2. Notification settings

Under Notification settings, you can choose to:

1. Receive notifications via email and/or mobile app channel
2. Receive certain notifications from specific zones

3. User roles’ impacts on alarm notification

• Whether you or other individuals within your organization receive alarm notifications depends on the severity level you choose when configuring the alarms.

• Managers and Admins will only receive alarm notifications from Critical and Warning severity levels, whereas Growers/Operators will receive alarms from all levels.

• If you want an user to have the highest access level and receive all alarm notifications, you can assign that user to be both a Grower and Manager or Admin. For more information, visit User roles and accessible zones.
