1. What will trigger a notification?
Notifications are sent when:
- An active alarm is triggered (This will also depend on your user role and zone preference settings)
- KoPilot has a status or setpoint update
- Someone tags/mentions you in a comment under Dashboards
2. Mobile and email notifications
- Click the Settings button at the bottom of the side bar.
- The Settings dialog will appear on screen. Select Notifications under Personal settings.
- Switch on or off the mobile and email options depending on your needs.

2. Smart alarm zone preferences
Note: When an user is invited to a zone, depending their assigned role, these checkboxes will be auto-selected (e.g. If you are a Grower, you will automatically receive all types of notifications. If you are an Admin, you will only receive Critical alarms by default). For more information, visit 3. User roles’ impacts on alarm notification.
